What We Offer
Our hot meals are prepared by 13 Carrots Catering in Ridgeway at a cost of $10.50 per meal. They provide a five-week rotating menu, where the client receives what is being served that day. Each meal will consist of: Soup, an entrée consisting of meat, starch (potatoes, rice, pasta), two vegetables and a dessert.

Hot Meals
The hot meals are prepared by 13 Carrots Catering in Ridgeway at a cost of $10.50 per meal. They provide a five-week rotating menu, where the client receives what is being served that day.
Each meal will consist of: Soup, an entrée consisting of meat, starch (potatoes, rice, pasta), two vegetables and a dessert. Special diets such a diabetic, low sodium, low fat, etc. can be accommodated as well as special textures; chopped, minced and pureed. If for some reason you cannot tolerate certain foods being served that day, an alternate meal will be provided. A minimum of two meals per client must be ordered weekly.
Frozen Meals
The frozen meals are prepared by Ina Grafton Gage Village in St. Catharines and include an entrée and soup or dessert for $10.25. A frozen entree can be purchased on its own for $8. The cost of an entree, soup and dessert is $13.25.
Ina Grafton provides a five-week rotating menu where the client gets to choose their own meals and can order as many as they want (minimum of two meals required). Place your order with us on Wednesday and the meals will be delivered on Wednesday the following week.
